Funeral Services in Windsor North, UT
Jason and Candice Walker spent decades working in Utah County's funeral profession before they opened Just Cremations & Funerals. They built it around what they saw families needing most: honest pricing, plain answers, and no pressure to spend more than a situation calls for. We are locally owned, and the people you speak with live and work in the same valley you do.
When a loved one dies, Windsor North families should not have to choose between a meaningful farewell and a fair price. Just Cremations & Funerals provides complete funerals, direct burial, and cremation with a service for families on Orem's north side. Our prices are posted online, arrangements can be made from home, and a real person answers our phone 24 hours a day at (801) 310-9700.
Funeral and Burial Options for Windsor North Families
Some families want a full service with loved ones gathered and a procession to the cemetery. Others want something simple and private. We offer both, and every package is priced so you can see exactly what is included before you commit to anything.

A traditional funeral with a casket included, planned around your family's schedule, faith, and wishes. We coordinate the service and the arrangements leading up to burial so you can spend your energy on each other instead of logistics.

For families who prefer a private or graveside goodbye, direct burial provides professional care, a casket, and burial without a formal service at a funeral home. It is a dignified choice that keeps costs modest.

If cremation suits your family better, a gathering can still be part of the plan. A private family viewing before cremation or a celebration of life afterward gives relatives and friends time to say goodbye together.

Legally pronounced
A legal pronouncement of death must be declared. If your loved one dies inside of a medical or nursing facility or hospice the staff will handle getting this declaration made. If your loved one dies at home, you need to immediately contact the local emergency officials to come and take them to a hospital where they can be legally declared dead. This legal declaration must be made before the family can proceed with making any funeral arrangements or handling any legal affairs.

Frequently asked questions
Click on the questions below to reveal each respective answer.
-
What should we do first if a loved one dies at home in Windsor North?
A legal pronouncement of death has to happen before any arrangements can begin. If your loved one was under hospice care, the hospice staff can make that declaration. Otherwise, call local emergency officials right away. Once the pronouncement is made, call us at (801) 310-9700 and we will guide you through the next steps.
-
Do you offer traditional funerals with burial, or only cremation?
We offer both. Families can choose a complete funeral that includes a casket, a simpler direct burial that also includes a casket, or cremation with or without a service.
-
Can we arrange a funeral without driving to Provo?
Yes. Most of the planning can be completed online or by phone. After you reach out, our staff sends simple digital forms, answers your questions, and works out dates with you so you can stay home in Windsor North with your family.
-
Which cemeteries can we use for burial?
Yes. Just Cremations & Funerals is committed to transparent, all-in pricing. What you see online is what you pay — there are no hidden fees or surprise charges. If you have questions about what's included in any package, the team is happy to walk you through every detail.
-
Can we add personal touches to a funeral package?
Yes. Our packages are built so options can be added, including memorial items, upgraded keepsakes, and copies of a tribute video on DVD or USB drive. Tell us what matters to your family and we will show you what is available.
-
Is there help available with paying for a funeral?
Yes. We offer funeral funding options for families who need help covering costs. Call (801) 310-9700 and we will explain how it works and what fits your situation.
