Ryan Kenneth Jones, 48, passed away on Sunday August 23, 2026. He was born February 4th, 1978 in Provo, UT to Kenneth and Bonnie Jones. He was the oldest of 4 kids and a father of 3.

More than anything he loved his family and friends. Anyone could tell you he was a talker and a story-teller, a social butterfly with a great sense of humor. He was a lover of many sports but especially; Utah Jazz, Washington Commanders, and Atlanta Braves. He even got the opportunity to coach his sons in baseball and was an avid bowler for many years.

He loved camping, fishing, and hunting especially up Payson Canyon. He loved animals, mostly his cats through all the years. He enjoyed music of all kinds and was lucky enough to attend many concerts with family and friends.

He’s survived by his partner Shannan; his kids; Riley, Jack (Sienna), Annika (Andrew) ; mother Bonnie Jones and siblings; Mandy Johnson, Amber Jones, and Reggie Jones. He is preceded in death by his father Kenneth Jones.

A celebration of life will be held in his honor at Bicentennial Park (1400 E 1440 S Provo, Utah 84606) on Thursday August 27th. Open house style from 4:30-9:00pm. To honor Ryan’s love of sports, please wear your favorite sports attire.
