Mary Ruth Richmond, loved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on August 1st, 2025 at the age of 64.

Mary was born on April 20th, 1961 to parents Ruth and Robert Guest (who both preceded her in death) in Dodge City Kansas. In her early years, Mary enjoyed traveling the world. She often joyously recanted her times in Africa, Europe, the Mediterranean, and America. She had a deep love of music, art, languages, and adventure.

Mary earned her Nursing degree after her studies in Utah and spent many successful and compassionate years working as RN. She proudly loved her work and her patients during her years of service.

Mary was the mother to 4 children and enjoyed many years of happy marriage. Aaron Richmond (preceded her in death), Jeremiah Richmond (preceded her in death), Angela Williams (Christopher), and Justin Richmond (Cara). She leaves behind her brother Randy Guest (Ingrid) , her sister Dana Saltsman, 12 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many other loved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She loved them with her whole heart and shared her love of music, cooking, reading, history, as well as her drive to live and give herself to this life with them all.

Mary was full of fire in all she did, and that fire continues on in her loved ones.

Per her wishes, services will not be had. Friends and family who would like to remember and honor Mary are encouraged to enjoy nature, music, or make donations to their local homeless and addiction recovery centers.
