IN LOVING MEMORY OF

David Lee Earl
July 25, 1953 – August 14, 2025
David Lee Earl passed away peacefully on August 14, 2025, at the age of 72. Born on July 25, 1953, to Don and Ruth Lillian (Moss) Earl. David was a beloved son, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
He is survived by his son Corby; grandsons, Drake and Austin; and his brothers, Jerry, Tony, and Steven. He also leaves behind his loyal dog, Milo, who never left his side.
David built a remarkable career as a sound engineer, spending over 20 years helping bring world-class performances to life. His work included touring Broadway productions such as Beauty and the Beast, Cats, and The Lion King in Las Vegas. Behind the scenes, Dave's talent and dedication earned the respect and admiration of everyone he worked with.
Before his sound engineering career, Dave was a lifelong music lover who played in multiple bands during his younger years. His passion for rhythm and sound never faded. He also found joy in the open road, often riding his motorcycle to clear his mind and embrace the freedom of the ride. He led an adventurous life exploring places all over the world. In quieter moments, he enjoyed fishing, a pastime that reflected his love of nature.
David will be remembered not only for his professional accomplishments but also for the meaningful way he lived his life- with humility, creativity, and deep love for his family, his music and his four-legged companion.
A private memorial will be held by the family.
Though the soundboard is quiet now, David's impact echoes on in the lives he touched and the stages he helped bring to life.
